Life is not easy.
That is a simple sentence. A frequent one.
Upon relocating to New York and romanticizing the city, I came to the realization that it wasn't the right fit for me. As I grappled with my father's passing, who I was extremely close to, the city became a source of apprehension, casting shadows that seemed to lengthen with each passing day. My sentiments towards New York shifted from mere discomfort to associating it with a profound loss of hope, courage, and a sense of solitude.
In that feeling of loneliness, I decided to move to Paris.
Some may view this sudden change as a rebellious escape from the entanglements of life, an easy observation.
Yet, to me, it marked the rekindling of courage.
Courage doesn't come in a single category. It isn't something that can be defined.
For one, navigating social gatherings and forging connections may be difficult, a true testemant to the form of courage that speaks volumes.
Find YOUR courage.
